Helten Gardens was started in the spring of 1998 by owners Joe & Diana Helten. The business was started with nothing more than the simple idea of serving potential customers in the immediate area with a full line of greenhouse, nursery, and landscape products and services. We are a family focused business, employing many family members in our operation.
Over the last several years, we have grown from
our original 2900 square feet of greenhouse space to over 16,500 square feet of
space. There is also a large area of shrubs, grasses, roses, and trees on
display, along with over ten large seasonal floral display beds. Come browse through the floral displays during
the summer when they are in full bloom!
Our location is eleven miles directly west of Wichita on a highly traveled local highway. There are over six small communities within ten miles of our central location, from which we draw most of our customers. We are situated in a quiet country setting with a large pond, established trees, and wide open layout, where parking is never a problem.
